India Gate Indian Restaurant

We have visited the restaurant for couple of times , it’s always having the best Indian food in Istanbul so I can recommend if u r around you should try it :))

Butter chicken, curry chicken, plain biryani,vegetable pakora, garlic nan.. Everything what we tried was super delicious! The workers are so friendly and helpful. The price is also reasonable. Highly recommended :)

Very nice foood we ordered shrimps beryani was a bit cold but nice , black daaal was very nice alsooo all naaaans was great and crunchy the place was clean calm atmosphere you enjoy the tasty food and the calm dining and the service we waited for like 10 mns not more ! Chapeaux bas

Staff was not wearing their masks and prices are a bit higher then their menu on Zomato, that's why they loose 1 star. We tried chicken tikka masala and chicken biryani with two different naans. The food was great. Portion of biryani was massive :) probably enough for 3-4 people but chicken tikka masala was normal. They also offered some kind of appetizer (yoghurt with cucumber and carrot, like Turkish "cacık") which helps to handle the spices of Indian cuisine. Lastly, we tried masala tea and it was okay. We used Zomato pro discount smoothly. We'd like to visit again if we ignore the mask issue.

A great restaurant with great taste. We ordered butter chicken, chicken kadai and butter naan, all dishes tasted delicious. You may find the portions small at first but they are actually very fulfilling. The location is very central and the internal decor of the restaurant is authentic and pleasing. Definitely coming again.

Certainly my favorite Indian restaurant in Istanbul. Great portions and tasty food. The guys who run the place know us by now and are always super helpful and friendly.
