I tried liver(ciğer) and marinated sweetbread(boğazaltı/uykuluk). They were both really tasty and good quality compared to other similar places. The key is freshness. The place is not fancy or anything. For ordinary local people. Liver and sweetbread wraps are for 7 liras each. Very good deal for these prices. I recommend this place.
