Italian restaurant is nice, but given the 5 star rating, service is below average. Waitress spoke no English, and the food was ordinary. Menu was acceptable but didn't find anything unique or special. That was pretty much the story of Sheraton and Lugal in general. Hotel is old, facilities need renovation. Lift's halt, trapping you inside, staff can't care less (in fact he commented you were "only" trapped for less than 5 minutes). Lounge has decent choices but the staff is hardly there. You would expect more for the 800++ TR they charge. OVER PRICED, AVOID AT ALL COST
